1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at marquee-moments.net, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Rental Policy

All marquee rentals are subject to availability. A deposit is required to secure your booking date. Full payment is typically required 48 hours before the event date unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Setup & Pickup: We handle all delivery, setup, and teardown. Clients must ensure clear access to the venue.
• Damage: The client is responsible for any damage to the marquee letters during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear.
• Power: Clients must ensure a standard power source is available within 50ft of the setup location.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund or credit. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are generally non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. This includes our logo, design, and original photography.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Marquee Moments or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or the rental equipment.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
